We had a fun day at the nearby Henry Doorly Zoo, which was just a short drive away. The kids loved seeing the awesome animal exhibits and the hotel had a great pool where they spent hours playing after our adventures.
My kids wished there were more dining options for picky eaters.

it was a hit with our preschooler! The jacuzzi was great for relaxing after a busy day, providing the perfect spot to unwind. The only hiccup was that the breakfast options could use a little more variety, but it didn’t take away from our fun experience! 😊

The kids enjoyed the giant chessboard in the main area—such a fun touch for families. The water park was a bit of a trek from our room, which was outside the main hall, but it was worth it for the laughs. Dim Sum was a standout at mealtime with delightful flavors. However, noise from the hall was disruptive at times, and our room felt a little cramped for a family. Still, would definitely choose a room near the amenities for our next visit.

I had a great time at the water park. it provided warm waters that my family loved! The free buffet breakfast was above average, with delicious French toast. However, the outdated room photos made us feel misled, and we would consider other options next time.

The King Room Non-Smoking turned out to be spacious and comfortable. I appreciated having a nice work area for business tasks. Staff were truly attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. However, the breakfast options fell short. Limited choices left me wanting more variety each day. The layout of the hotel could use some updates. certain amenities felt neglected. The elevators seemed slow, especially during peak times. Overall, the room was clean, but some areas in common spaces showed wear and tear. It would be nice to see improvements in the breakfast department and better maintenance in shared areas.
